We are currently looking for seasonal staff for the busy Easter and summer season. Bar and food service positions available. Flexible hours and shifts available. No previous experience required as training will be given. However you’ll need to be a friendly, outgoing and customer focused individual.
We are currently looking for a Duty Manager/Supervisor to join our team at a busy hotel and restaurant in the middle of Dartmoor National Park.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, where leading a team to deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment comes as second nature.
The business offers a large range of experience to the successful candidate with the hotel acting as a popular destination during the day for walkers and visitors to the national park, an award winning fine dinning restaurant in the evening and a popular wedding venue hosting upwards of 30 weddings per year.

Food and Beverage Team Member / Supervisor
In this role you are the face of the business for every guest that walks through our door so we’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service.
You’ll be responsible for taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a great range of drinks. You’ll work with the team on shift to create a friendly, buzzing atmosphere our guests will enjoy. You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during the restaurant and bar experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests.
Successful candidates must be passionate about quality food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Experience in a similar quality restaurant is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must. You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures.
Junior Chef de Partie
Our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant is going from strength to strength delivering the very best in local produce. This coupled with our busy lunch time trade and banqueting facilities makes for a fast paced and passionate kitchen team. Experience in a similar role is desirable, or perhaps looking to make the next step in your culinary career.
