Mike Palmer - Executive Chef
Award-winning Chef Mike Palmer joined the Two Bridges Hotel in 2012, and became Executive Chef for the group in April 2013. Under his leadership, dining at the Two Bridges Hotel has gone from strength to strength, with a fanatical focus on the best seasonal produce from Devon and the wider south west region.
Mike is Devon born-and-bred, and when not working in the kitchen can often be found walking his pair of Boston Terriers on the wide open spaces of Dartmoor.
My team of chefs are really excited to be working with such fabulous Devon produce, in such an amazing setting. Whether it’s meat, fish, game, cheese or vegetables, every season offers something very special.
